Hand Carved Wooden Hitty Doll

I recently finished hand carving my first wooden Hitty doll. She measures approx 6 1/8 inches tall and is strung with elastic cord, so her arms and legs move independent of each other. 

Busy, Busy, Busy

Pretty much got the etsy shop up and running and got everything linked together. Thanks to my son whom is very good at this sort of stuff.

I have been spending time working on a couple art quilts and trying to get them ready to either go up on ebay or put them on etsy. not sure what way to go.

One quilt is a Izannah Walker doll inspiration and the other is a folk art country.

I am also contemplating putting together pattern packs for the some of the quilts I do.
I am a paint, fabric junkie lol.

Well this is shot but still getting use to this blogging (Dear Diary) hummmm

My First Blog

Being totally new to blogging this should be an adventure in itself.

I am a self taught artist and I've been selling my art on Ebay since 99. I'm mainly a painter and enjoy painting Black Folk Art, Mexican Folk Art, actually I love to paint and will paint what I fancy at the time. Dogs, cats, cows, chickens. lol
So once I figure out what am doing will show pics of the art I am working on.

I have a lot going on now. I'm putting the finishing touches on my Etsy shop. I have decided to offer high quality canvas prints of my original paintings. Below is one I am offering now at a lower price to celebrate its opening.
